Diverse Coaching Background

Andrew Brewer has built a career at the intersection of coaching, leadership, and innovation, working with some of the most respected organizations in hockey.

His coaching journey began at the University of New Brunswick, where he helped the UNB Reds capture two National Championships before joining Hockey Canada. Over the next decade, Andrew represented Team Canada at nine international events, including the Olympic Games, World Cup of Hockey, World Championships, and World Junior Championships.

Andrew's NHL coaching experience includes roles with the Detroit Red Wings, Toronto Maple Leafs, Florida Panthers, and Anaheim Ducks, as well as the Utica Comets of the American Hockey League.

Throughout his career, he has supported championship-caliber coaches and organizations in areas ranging from player development and game preparation to technology integration and organizational operations.

In addition to coaching, Andrew has worked in the sports technology industry, helping hockey organizations modernize their operations and leverage emerging technologies to improve performance.

Today, Andrew combines his experience from professional hockey, international competition, and sports technology to help organizations navigate growth, change, and innovation both on and off the ice.
